1.2 Take Five Fairs (‘TFF’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our Site. All amended terms shall be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. In addition those registered to the Site will receive email notification of all policy updates. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions please do not use the Website.

2.1 TFF is not held responsible for items purchased from standing dealers including any after-sales issues that may arise.
2.2 We cannot assure the integrity of standing traders attending the fairs. However to the best of our knowledge all standing traders conform to all United Kingdom laws pertinent to trading in antiques.
2.3 Fair venue terms and conditions apply including car parking areas, facilities and grounds.
3.1The utmost of effort is recorded in providing accurate information. TFF accepts no legal responsibility for the accuracy of information presented on the website. Where ever possible please use contact information for confirmation of details or availability.
3.2 Advertisements, trade and business information are listings only and NOT recommendations.
4.1 TFF will not be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of stock items. We strongly suggest all stock be suitably insured.
4.2 Fair venue terms and conditions apply including car parking areas, facilities and grounds.
5.1 You may print off or catalogue electronically any material from this website for personal use ONLY. All data and imagery contained in the TFF website, associate websites or printed or published materials generated from information gathered by TFF is the sole property of TFF or DecoWare or Set for the Net Limited and may not be reproduced or downloaded for the financial gain of any individual, group, organisation or company.
5.2 TFF and/or Set for the Net Limited shall have the right to suspend the website for any reason at any time and for any period of time without notice.
5.3 All articles and photographic imagery supplied to TFF will be deemed usable by us in any way we deem necessary, whether as content on TFF website, any other website associated with TFF and/or Set for the Net Limited or any printed materials produced or published henceforth.
5.4 We will assume that any materials submitted to TFF are in no breech of copyright. Please check that you are permitted to use and distribute any articles or imagery before submission.
5.5 The nature of the catalogued and news content of the TFF website may generate speculative material. The utmost of effort is recorded in providing accurate detailing, but at any one time there may be information that requires confirmation or may after insight be judged or proven incorrect. Users have no right to legally challenge this content but are welcome to verbally challenge or offer opinion.
6.1 Position of sponsored links operates on a ‘first come first served basis’.
6.2 All ads and sponsored links run for a period of one year. Advertisers will be invoiced one month in advance of ad renewal. If full payment is not made within one month of ad expiry, the space will be offered out.
6.3 We regret we do not accept flashing or animated ads.
6.6 New ad space may become available at any time and in any position on this website at the discretion of TFF and/or Set for the Net Limited.
6.7 TFF and/or Set for the Net Limited are the sole arbiters as to whether an ad is suitable for inclusion on this website.
6.8 TFF and/or Set for the Net Limited reserve the right to remove any ad or link for any reason and at any time. In this case a refund will be offered as a percentage of the time remaining on the ad's run unless the linked to website, information or imagery violates any part of these terms and conditions.
6.9 In the event that an advertiser wishes to remove an ad from this website, there will be no refund given.
6.10 Advertising rates will be reviewed at the end of each yearly run and may be adjusted.
7.1 Stock items are syndicated to TFF Website by www.decoware.co.uk. Decoware Terms and Conditions apply.
7.2 TFF will not take any responsibility for items purchased from this website including any after-sales issues that may arise. You must contact the seller directly in the event of a dispute.
8.1 You agree to defend, hold harmless, and expeditiously indemnify us from any and all liability, claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of your breach or violation of any covenant contained in this Policy, or resulting from your use of the service.
8.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made or incurred by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party relating to your use of the Service.
8.3 You agree to waive and hold us harmless from any claims relating to any action taken by us as part of an investigation into a suspected violation of this Policy or as a result of its conclusion that a violation of this Policy has occurred. Therefore, you cannot sue or recover any damages whatsoever from us as a result of the decision to remove material from our server, or to suspend or terminate your account.
8.4 You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement without your consent.
